She was still doing everything. Not because she hired wrong or led badly, but because the infrastructure underneath the team had never been built.
That pattern is what Charlotte fixes. She has been inside enough businesses to know exactly what the missing layer looks like and what it takes to build it properly. Every service at Better Business OBM is built around that expertise.

What is the difference between The Deep Dive and The Owner's Era?
The Deep Dive is a standalone 90-minute session that diagnoses what is broken in your setup and produces a written report and 90-day plan. The Owner's Era is a 12-week private mentorship that takes you through fixing it, all five stages of the framework, with Charlotte alongside you throughout. The Deep Dive is Stage 1 of The Owner's Era. If you do The Deep Dive first, the £297 comes off the mentorship and the work carries forward directly.
Does Charlotte run my business for me?
No. Charlotte mentors you and your team through fixing the setup. The work is done by you, with her guidance, her framework, and her direct input throughout. She is not an OBM taking over your operations. She is a mentor and strategist guiding you through building something that works without her once the 12 weeks are done.
How long does it take to see results from fixing my team setup?
It depends on where the gaps are and how quickly you can implement changes, but most founders notice a difference within the first few weeks. The first things to shift are usually the volume of questions coming back to you, once decision rights are clear and processes are documented, the team stops defaulting to the founder for everything. The bigger structural changes, like roles being properly defined and the business running independently, typically take the full 12 weeks of The Owner's Era to embed properly. The Deep Dive gives you the diagnosis and the plan within five working days of your session.
Is the mentorship delivered in a group or one to one?
The Owner's Era is entirely private and one to one. There are no group calls, no cohorts, and no shared sessions. Everything is built around your specific business.
Can I work with Charlotte if I am based outside the UK?
Yes. All services are delivered remotely. Charlotte works with female founders across the UK and internationally.
What if I complete The Deep Dive and decide not to continue into the mentorship?
You leave The Deep Dive with a written ops review report and a 90-day action plan. You can take those documents and act on them entirely on your own. There is no obligation to continue into the mentorship. If you decide to join The Owner's Era at a later point, the £297 still comes off your investment whenever you are ready.
