You’ve built something you care deeply about, but lately it feels like it’s running you instead of the other way around. You wake up already thinking about everything that needs to be done, and no matter how hard you work, it never feels like enough.

You've got people supposed to be helping you, a VA, a contractor, maybe a small in-house team. But you're still the one answering every question, fixing every mistake, and holding every piece together. You're paying for support that isn't actually supporting you, and you don't fully understand why.

Some days you catch yourself thinking, surely it’s not meant to be this hard. You crave clarity, space, and a sense of ease, but you’re not even sure where to start. You just know something has to change, because you can’t keep doing it like this.

You're not the only one who feels this way.
So many female coaches, consultants and service providers get to this point. A team in place, a business that looks successful from the outside, and still the one holding everything together. Still answering every question. Still the person the whole thing runs through.
It doesn't mean you've failed. It means you built something real, fast, and the infrastructure underneath it never quite caught up. What you're feeling isn't a sign that something is wrong with you or your team. It's a sign that the setup needs attention. And that's a completely different problem, because setup problems are fixable.
You don't need to have it all figured out right now. You just need someone who's been inside businesses like yours, who knows exactly what's going on, and who can help you see it clearly.
You're in the right place.

I spent years inside founder-led businesses as the operations person. The one holding everything together. The one every question came back to. Business after business, the same pattern showed up. The founder had people. She was still doing everything.
Not because she'd hired wrong. Not because she was bad at delegating. Because nobody had built the infrastructure underneath the team that would let the work actually leave her. No documented processes. No clear roles. No single place where anything lived. No clarity on what the team could decide without asking.
I got very good at going in, finding what was broken, and fixing it. I've done it across businesses in fashion, fitness, retail, and the online space, and the pattern is always the same. The problem is almost never the people. It's what was never built underneath them.
That's the work I do now through Better Business OBM. I bring my operational expertise into your business. Together we find what's missing and build the fix properly, using my knowledge and framework to guide every decision. You're not on your own with this. By the time we’re done, the business runs without you having to be the answer to every question.
Working with me feels like exhaling after holding your breath for too long. It’s calm, clear, and quietly powerful. I’m not here to tell you to hustle harder or do more. I’m here to help you slow down, untangle the noise, and build a business that feels lighter and more aligned with who you are.
We start with The Deep Dive, getting everything out of your head and onto the table so you can finally see the full load. From there, we create your 90-day plan, document your systems and SOPs, refine your team structure and roles, and build the infrastructure that lets you step back. This isn’t coaching from a distance. We do the work together. You’ll always feel supported, never rushed, with space for honesty, laughter, and the occasional tick-list moment of joy. Because when you feel grounded and confident, everything else starts to flow.

I love a list. I'm the person at the gym who has already mapped out the week's sessions on Sunday evening. I listen to business and mindset podcasts on walks and turn up to client calls having already thought through the three most likely causes of whatever problem is on the table.
I'm direct. I'll tell you what I see in your business rather than ask you questions and reflect them back. I'm not going to tell you to hustle harder or spend three sessions unpacking your relationship with delegation. I'm going to find what's structurally broken and show you how to fix it.
I work exclusively with female founders because that's where I've seen the pattern most clearly and where I know I can make the biggest difference.
For years, I worked in small businesses where I gave everything I had, but it came at a huge cost. I was constantly under pressure, trying to prove myself, and eventually, I hit a point where I was completely burnt out. I’d cry on my way to work and again on the way home, feeling trapped, numb, and utterly lost. I knew deep down that something had to change, but I didn’t know what or how.
Eventually, I reached a breaking point. My body had shut down, I felt empty, like I was just going through the motions, and I remember thinking, I can’t do this anymore. That moment of complete exhaustion became the start of something new. I began working with a hypnotherapist, and for the first time, I started to see that maybe I could build something of my own, something that gave me freedom and space to breathe.

I have over 20 years of experience working inside small founder-led businesses. I've held senior operations and COO-level roles across multiple industries. I'm a Certified OBM® and I'm currently training as a Belief Coding® Facilitator.
I don't lead with the credentials. I lead with the pattern I've seen repeated in every business I've worked inside, and the specific methodology I've built to fix it.
The Owner's Era Framework™ is that methodology. Five stages that take a founder from being the person everything comes back to, to leading a business with the infrastructure to run without her. It's the framework behind everything I do, from The Setup Check and The Team Setup Playbook through to The Deep Dive and The Owner's Era mentorship.
I'm deliberate about who I spend time with and who I learn from. These conversations shape how I think about business, leadership, and what's actually possible.
Not just online, in real conversations, with people operating at a level that keeps me honest and challenges what I think I know.
These are some of those people.

Charlotte is a Business Mentor & Operations Strategist who helps female founders get their life back by fixing the team setup that's keeping them stuck. She goes into online businesses, identifies what's broken, the undefined roles, undocumented processes, and missing infrastructure, and builds the operational foundation that lets the founder step back from the day-to-day and lead as the owner.
With over 20 years of experience working inside small businesses across fashion, fitness, and the online space, Charlotte has led full-scale operational overhauls, from rebuilding team structures to documenting entire business systems from scratch. She’s certified as an Online Business Manager® and is currently training as a Belief Coding® Facilitator, blending strategy with mindset to create lasting change.
When she’s not helping clients simplify and scale, you’ll find her at the gym lifting weights, listening to a mindset podcast, or happily ticking things off her to-do list.
